It gives me pleasure to welcome you to the website of the Fredericksburg Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

 

On August 16, 1980, 17 phenomenal college educated women were inspired by the vision of Delta women coming together to serve and contribute to the overall good of their community.  Over 40 years later, the Fredericksburg Area Alumnae Chapter celebrates and continues to fulfill that vision. Over 100 college educated women are serving and contributing to the communities of the City of Fredericksburg, and surrounding counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford through the sorority’s 5 Point Programmatic Thrust of:

• Educational Development

• International Awareness and Involvement

• Physical & Mental Health

• Political Awareness & Involvement

 

If you are a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and are looking to connect with a local chapter, we would love for you to join us at our meetings and/or events.  Our chapter meetings are the 1st Saturday of each month at 10 am, except Holidays and special events. Please contact our Vice President, Latonia Talley, a week prior to the chapter meeting to begin the verification process to attend.
